Henan Installation Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1954. It is a comprehensive, diversified, international and modern enterprise group integrating investment, design, construction, manufacturing, operation, maintenance and service. Luoyang Yu An Metal Structure Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Installation Group. It was established in 2005 and its predecessor was the Metal Structure Factory of Henan Industrial Equipment Installation Engineering Company established in the 1950s.

The company focuses on the design, manufacture and installation of metal structures. It has a 60,000 square meter production workshop and a 30,000 square meter product site. It is equipped with production lines for building steel structures, industrial equipment manufacturing, steel structure bridges and pressure vessel manufacturing, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons. The company has Class A qualification of China’s steel structure manufacturing enterprise and Class D (A2) pressure vessel manufacturing license, and can undertake various large-scale steel structure projects.

As a national high-tech enterprise, the company owns more than 60 national invention patents or utility model patents. The company has introduced advanced equipment such as intelligent welding robots and CNC plasma cutting machines to promote the transformation and upgrading of steel structure manufacturing toward intelligentization.

In recent years, we have undertaken more than 30 medium or large-scale prefabricated building steel structure projects, including the China National Building Materials (Luoyang) New Energy Steel Structure Plant Project, Henan Xinghan Biotech Phase II Steel Structure Plant, Mongolian Museum, Luoyang Peony Theater, Lingbao Baoxin Steel Structure Plant, Luoyang No. 5 Primary School Teaching Building on Two Campuses, Jiujiang Xinlianxin Pipe Gallery, etc. Among them, the single steel structure plant of the China National Building Materials Project undertaken by the company is 160,000m2. As a long-term partner of large domestic and foreign glass manufacturers such as Kibing Group, Fuyao Group, and Xinyi Group, the company has manufactured steel structure tin baths and melting furnaces for nearly 100 glass production line product, and its products have become industry benchmarks; In recent years, the company has undertaken the manufacturing tasks of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, towers and large storage tanks of various materials and models for CNPC, Sinopec, CSIC 725th Institute, Sinochem Group, China ENFI Group, etc. Cooperating with large groups such as China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation(CCECC), China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC), China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), and Henan CHICO, we have successfully completed bridge manufacturing tasks for many urban overpasses, interchanges, urban pedestrian bridges, highway and railway projects.
