The main steel box arch of the Central China Exhibition and Trade City project has been successfully finished.

The Central China High-Speed Rail Port Digital Exhibition and Trade City project, a key initiative in Henan Province, is the largest professional exhibition venue complex in the Central China region. We construct the main structure entirely from steel, using an "arc-shaped steel pipe + cantilevered wing" design for the exhibition hall's roof truss and a "articulated pipe column + cable" structure for the supporting columns. Once finished, this project will be a landmark in the Zhengzhou Aviation Port Economic Zone. It's our company's first large-scale, irregularly shaped, multi-linear, and wide-span spatial steel structure construction and installation project. We manufacture the steel structure, weighing about 5,000 tons, from Q460C low-alloy high-strength steel plates.

The main steel arch, spanning 120 meters, 36.7 meters high, with 40-meter side wings, demands high standards in processing and manufacturing and presents significant challenges in installation and construction. After arriving on site, our project team worked with determination and momentum, day and night, to rapidly advance the installation and construction. During the Spring Festival, we worked without breaks to keep the project on schedule, racing against time for progress. After nearly two months, we successfully closed and unloaded the main steel arch on schedule, a major milestone in the project.
